Apex Call Center's mission is to promote continuous improvement in the relationship with its customers, using innovative strategies that provide the necessary support to facilitate the resolution of needs through outsourcing services offering assistance of high quality standards by an integral, trained and committed work team.
Our vision is To be a company distinguished by the recognition of customer satisfaction in the international market, transcending with a persistent model of development in its processes and maintaining a successful growth of all those involved.
APEX THROUGH THE YEARS
Since 2017, a steady growth has been maintained that currently provides more than 150 employees and with the hope of increasing to 500 formal jobs that meet all its obligations and above all be a generator of stable employment, as well as the acquisition of a property located in counter corner of the corporate governance offices of Apex Call Centers.
